Workers Injured on the Job to Get Answers to Legal Questions on ‘Moore Law’

(USGovernment-News.Com, July 14, 2012 ) CINCINNATI, Ohio — WXIX-TV, FOX 19 wants to hear from injured workers Monday, July 16, 2012, when the successful legal call-in show Moore Law answers viewer questions about being “Hurt on the Job.” Host and local TV journalist Deb Haas and attorney co-host Don Moore will welcome Cincinnati personal injury attorney Catharin R. Taylor of Clements, Mahin & Cohen, L.P.A., Co. Catharin has been representing clients in workers compensation and personal injury cases for nearly two decades, and both she and Don will answer viewer questions during the live telecast, Monday at 9:30 a.m.

“This is among the most popular topics we have because it applies to so many people,” said Matt Miller, News Director for WXIX-TV, FOX 19. “We fully expect our viewers to keep our phones busy.”

This Monday will also be the debut of the new “Moore Law Connection” segment. Don’s son, Cincinnati personal injury lawyer Dan Moore, will answer selected questions submitted via Twitter, Facebook and the “Send Us Your Questions” form located on both the Moore Law section of the FOX 19 website and the show blog.

“‘Moore Law Connection’ gives our viewers more ways to ask their questions and gives them access to legal help 24/7,” Don said. “This should allow people who may not be near a phone to still take part in the program.”

Moore Law is a weekly program that airs live every Monday morning at 9:30 a.m. on WXIX-TV, FOX 19. The show addresses a different legal topic every episode and allows Moore and guest attorneys in the Ohio and Kentucky legal communities to answer questions from callers.

Moore Law, executive produced by Attorneys Online™, Inc., is educational programming from WXIX-TV, and while the attorneys will answer all on-air questions, it will be for informational purposes only and should not be considered legal advice. The attorneys will make every effort to answer as many internet-submitted questions as possible; however, submitting a question via Facebook, Twitter, the blog or the website does not guarantee that a question will be answered on air.

Viewers can “like” Moore Law on Facebook, follow the show on Twitter or ask questions via the form on either the show’s blog or the Moore Law section of the FOX 19 website to take advantage of “Moore Law Connection.” For additional information, please contact Don Moore of The Moore Law Firm at (513) 232-2000.
