(USGovernment-News.Com, July 10, 2012 ) LOS ANGELES, Calif. — Los Angeles business litigation attorney Robert G. Klein is pleased to announce that his Klein Trial Lawyers law firm will now give clients the option of paying a flat rate (plus costs) for legal services. Whereas most business litigation attorneys typically charge an hourly rate for their services, a client working with Klein Trial Lawyers can either pay a flat rate up front or pay a set amount per month until the case is resolved.
Mr. Klein will use his quarter-century of litigation experience to calculate how much work will need to be performed and estimate how long it will take to resolve the case. The flat rate is for attorney fees only, and does not include such costs as court filing fees, deposition expenses or copying fees.
“We believe that giving clients this option at the outset can help them avoid having to worry about the amount of a bill while the lawsuit is in progress,” Mr. Klein said. “This option will not only allow clients to budget accordingly for their legal needs, but it will also provide them with a clear expectation of how much litigation will cost.”
Mr. Klein has been handling complex business litigation cases since 1987. He founded his law firm in 1994 and works with businesses throughout the Los Angeles area.
