As a grassroots effort, DisabledCincinnati.org brings the community together in an attempt to fix the problem by making local resources and services easier to find. Living with a disability can be a challenge in itself. With the added factor of having to find local services and or resources, life can become overbearing. PT Assistance – Through the PT Assistance program, DisabledCincinnati.org enables individuals with chronic conditions to continue receiving physical therapy treatment after they have exhausted their annual health insurance physical therapy benefits.
Equipment Assistance Program – In an effort to help families and individuals offset the cost of medical equipment, DisabledCincinnati.org operates the Equipment Assistance Program. With access to several outlets for used equipment, DisabledCincinnati.org helps individuals obtain the medical equipment they may need through their Equipment Assistance Program.
