QUESTIONS ABOUT BANKRUPTCY? 'MOORE LAW' WILL HAVE ANSWERS

(EMAILWIRE.COM, April 14, 2012 ) Cincinnati, OH -- WXIX-TV, FOX 19 welcomes all Ohio and Kentucky viewers of Moore Law to call in with any questions they have about bankruptcy this Monday, April 16, 2012, when host and TV journalist Deb Haas and her attorney co-host, Cincinnati personal injury lawyer Don Moore are joined by Cincinnati bankruptcy attorney Richard D. Nelson. Moore and Nelson each have more than three decades of legal experience and both have been selected as Ohio SuperLawyers. The half-hour live legal information show will focus on any problems that viewers might be having with foreclosure, medical bills or credit card debt on WXIX-TV, FOX 19 at 9:30 a.m.

“With the number of homeowners across Ohio that are currently underwater on their mortgages and struggling to get by, we look forward to having Richard be able to answer questions our viewers have about bankruptcy,” said Matt Miller, News Director for WXIX-TV, FOX 19. “Both Richard and Don have impeccable legal backgrounds that will provide an invaluable resource for information.”

On the previous episode of Moore Law on April 9, 2012, Moore was able to use his experience as a former insurance claims adjuster to answer questions from viewers about car, homeowner and health insurance matters.

“I really enjoyed being able to help our viewers better understand their rights and the steps they can take to protect themselves when dealing with insurance companies,” Moore said. “I am looking forward to having Rick join us this Monday to answer questions relating to bankruptcy, foreclosure and repairing credit.”

Moore Law is a weekly program that airs live every Monday morning at 9:30 a.m. on WXIX-TV, FOX 19. The show addresses a different legal topic every episode and allows Moore and attorneys from across the tri-state area to answer questions from live callers.

Moore Law is executive produced by Attorneys Online, Inc. and features guest appearances from other lawyers in the Ohio and Kentucky legal communities. Moore Law is educational programming from WXIX-TV, and while our attorneys will answer all on-air questions, it will be for informational purposes only and should not be considered legal advice.
