The Executive Office of the United States Trustees, Department of Justice approved PetersonÂ’s original manuscript for the education segment of the 2005 Bankruptcy Legislation. Peterson was the education and marketing director for a nationally affiliated non-profit credit counseling agency
and was responsible for written materials developed for seminars and workshops designed to give consumers the necessary skills to reduce or eliminate debt.
