(EMAILWIRE.COM, November 08, 2011 ) Detroit, Michigan - This week in the Wayne County Circuit Court- Criminal Division, Detroit, Michigan, attorney Christopher W. Quinn, II successfully defended his client at trial against three (3) Counts of CSC in the 1st degree and one (1) count of CSC in the 2nd degree. After careful deliberations, the jury returned a verdict of not guilty on all counts. The charge of CSC in the 1st degree is a capital offense, with a penalty of twenty-five (25) years to life.
