(USGovernment-News.Com, September 21, 2013 ) HARTFORD, CT — Manchester police responded to an accident at Hackmatack and Primer streets Thursday, September 19 where two young boys riding their bicycles had been hit by a car. The boys needed medical attention and were transported to Hartford Hospital by ambulance.
At the time of the report police had not released the identities of the boys— whose ages were estimated to be around 11-years-old— or the driver of the vehicle. The vehicle was traveling north on Primer Street when it struck the two boys as they traveled west on Hackmatack. As of Thursday night, one boy was listed in serious condition, while the other was listed in stable. The boys were not wearing helmets at the time of the accident.
