(USGovernment-News.Com, September 13, 2013 ) COVINGTON, KY — A man in Louisville was arrested Thursday, September 12 after he admitted to operating his vehicle under the influence of hydrocodone, muscle relaxers and beer, sideswiping a vehicle and fleeing the scene of an accident, all with his three daughters in the back seat of the car.
Demarco Payne, 26, was found on Candleglow Lane with his daughters, ages three, four and six after sending the victim of the accident to the hospital from her injuries. Payne was subsequently arrested and charged with endangering a minor, driving under the influence, first-degree wanton endangerment, and failure to render aid or assistance to the accident victim.
