(USGovernment-News.Com, July 30, 2013 ) Phoenix, AZ – Early Monday morning a fatal car crash was reported at the intersection of 35th Avenue and Maryland Avenue. According to authorities a female driver in her 20s was travelling southbound in a silver Toyota when she weaved into oncoming traffic and hit an SUV.
The SUV was being driven by a 19-year-old male who was not hurt however his 17-year-old passenger was taken to the hospital with critical injuries. The driver of the silver Toyota died in the accident.
Police are still investigating the crash however they believe the female may have been intoxicated at the time of the crash.
