The cyclist’s body was found along the roadside at Sansburys Way and Okeechobee Boulevard, between State Road 7 and Jog Road, among mystifying circumstances Tuesday morning. Authorities were dispatched shortly after 6:00 a.m. It was established at some point in the afternoon that the cyclist had, in fact, died as a result of a motor vehicle accident.
A suspect and possibly involved vehicle have been identified and authorities are continuing the investigation into the fatal bicycle accident and will release details on the deceased’s identity after the family has been notified.
