(USGovernment-News.Com, June 07, 2013 ) San Francisco, CA -- According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, burglary (also known as breaking and entering) rates have been declining since the 1970s. In 2008, Bureau of Justice Statistics shows 26.3 out of 1,000 households experienced this crime.

With older systems that used phone lines, the customer would have to call in with the problem, and we’d have to send someone out to check. Now the system checks itself,” he explains.
Home security customers can control what’s happening in their home using mobile apps and Web features. Everything from turning on lights in and outside your home to locking doors are programmable “events” depending on the package you want to purchase.
