(USGovernment-News.Com, April 23, 2013 ) Winston-Salem, NC – The famous rock band 3 Doors Down was forced to cancel its shows for the coming months as its bass guitar player have been charged with vehicular manslaughter in Nashville, Tennessee.
The bassist was driving hiss Cadillac CTS in Nashville Friday night when he clipped a Ford F-150 sending the vehicle through a guardrail and into an embankment on the side of the road. The driver was rushed to the hospital, but passed away later that evening at the Nashville hospital.
Along with knocking the F-150 off the road, the bassist hit a retaining wall further down the interstate, causing his vehicle to stop. The sobriety test demonstrated that he had been drinking heavily while also taking painkillers and anti-anxiety medications.
