(USGovernment-News.Com, April 09, 2013 ) Knox County, TN – A man is being accused in a hit and run accident that occurred last may which killed a pregnant woman along with a Good Samaritan.
The man is being charged with three counts of vehicular homicide, and one count of tampering with evidence, DUI, and reckless endangerment. Prosecutors are saying that the man was drunk driving when he killed the 24 year old, and seven month pregnant mother, along with a 45 year old man.
The woman was helping her friend who ran out of gas, while the man also saw the women were in need of assistance and came out of his home to help. Unfortunately, this act of kindness of both the pregnant woman and this man turned out to be more devastating than could be imagined.
