(USGovernment-News.Com, April 06, 2013 ) Sherman, TX – The Texas Department of Transportation has announced plans to improve several county and state roadways in Grayson and Fannin County. TxDOT has hired a contractor to complete a road sealing project that will seal road cracks and reinforce the adjacent pavement.
In Grayson County FM 1310, FM 1417, FM 691 to U.S. Highway 75, Private Road 20 to Texas Highway 91, and FM 691 to U.S. Highway 75 will all be worked on. Crews will be working on multiple highways in Fannin County including U.S. Highway 69, Texas Highway 50, Texas Highway 78, and U.S. Highway 82 to Texas Highway 121.
Drivers may expect delays as lane closures are likely and are advised to observe all work zone signs and flaggers. Weather permitting the project will likely be completed in late May.
