(USGovernment-News.Com, October 06, 2012 ) PHOENIX, Ariz. – Police identified the motorcyclist who was killed Tuesday after colliding with a van.
According to police, the victim was traveling eastbound when he collided with a 2004 Ford E350 van that turned left onto the roadway. The driver of the van failed to yield to oncoming traffic.
The motorcyclist was transported to the hospital, but he later died because of his injuries. He was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
While this is a tragic accident, Phillips Law Group warns that fatal motorcycle accidents are not uncommon.
