(EMAILWIRE.COM, November 17, 2011 ) NEW YORK, NY -- Alternative rock band The Black Keys are at it again with another new album set to be released at the end of the year, only a year after their 2010 critically acclaimed album “Brothers.” So far the band has released a total of seven albums with “El Camino” being their latest. The new album has eleven tracks that once again features their eclectic combination of contemporary and vintage rock sounds.
Their vintage sound can be heard from the seven different old electric guitars that are featured on the El Camino album. It is an album that is representative of the bandÂ’s past work, but at the same time still shows off a different side. Their unique blend of alternative rock, blues and garage has helped them capture a large fan base and sell over 2 million albums in the United States.
The two-man duo of singer/guitarist Dan Auerbach and drummer Patrick Carney debuted n 2002 and have been going strong ever since. With record sales of their Brothers album exceeding expectations, the Black Keys new album is positioned to do exceedingly well. The official Black Keys El Camino release date is set for December 6. 2011.
