Together, the merged firm will serve all of Arizona, with offices throughout the state. The merged firm will also have offices in New Mexico and Texas. The main office is on the shore of the Tempe Town Lakes. The firms will continue to serve their existing client base, and will also continue their marketing and expansion. The McGuire Gardner side of the merged firm will continue to focus primarily on consumer cases, such as family law, bankruptcy, criminal cases, wills and estate planning, and personal injury cases. The Davis Miles side of the merged firm will continue to represent businesses of all sizes in complex litigation and transactional issues.
The four attorneys practicing family law will be led by attorney Douglas C. Gardner.
