(USGovernment-News.Com, January 20, 2017 ) Newark, NJ -- CBSPhilly reports that Kevin Porter, 27, is facing drug trafficking charges following the dismantling of a heroin manufacturing facility hidden in Lavallette. Porter mixed, packaged and shipped heroin from an apartment complex on the 100 block of Philadelphia Ave. He was arrested following a month long investigation. 50 grams and 250 wax folds of heroin, and $750 were seized at the time of his arrest.
