The Kingwood branch is partnering with area top tier Realtors to provide the discount to the local school district employees.

The only caveat is that the school district employees must meet underwriting guidelines, which means their credit scores must be high enough to qualify for the loan they apply for. Their income and debt ratios must be within standard guidelines for the program they apply for. Finally they must have enough funds that are required for down payment based on the program that they are applying for.
This program is available for FHA loans, Conventional Loans, and USDA loans.
