(USGovernment-News.Com, February 02, 2016 ) Newark, NJ -- According to WDEL, Master Corporal Mark Difrancesco of the Newark Police Department is credited with saving three lives on Christmas eve through administration of the anti-overdose Naltrexone. Difrancesco saved the lives of a 43 year old man, a 50 year old man, and a 60 year old woman during three separate responses to emergency calls regarding unresponsive people. Because of his training and ability to recognize the signs of overdose and quickly administer Naltrexone- which multiple law enforcement agencies now supply to all officers- Difrancesco was able to revive each patient before they were transferred to the Christiana Emergency room for additional care.
