In addition, he was also selected as one of The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 lawyers of 2015. Mark will be joining Ed Bernstein and managing attorney of Ed Bernstein & Associates Patti Wise as recipients of this honor.
Mark joined the team at Ed Bernstein & Associates in 2014. Prior to that, he served as the first law clerk to the Hon. Nancy Allf of the Eighth Judicial District Court of Nevada, Dept. 27.
After his clerkship, Mark gained litigation experience working for a local general practice firm where he tried numerous civil jury trials.
In addition, Mark has previously worked for a prominent multi-state insurance defense firm.
At Ed Bernstein’s offices, Mark is a member of the litigation team and represents clients in personal injury and social security disability cases. His clerkship and insurance defense experiences provide him with a greater insight into opposing parties’ strategies and how courts will rule.
Mark uses his past experiences to advise his clients of what to realistically expect in each case and to maximize their recovery.
