Tampa, FL -- Winters and Yonker, Tampa’s premier personal injury attorneys are proud to announce the addition of a new partner to the firm. Patrick Brannon, a graduate of University of Florida and Stetson College of Law, was the first associate to be a partner at Winters and Yonker.
“Patrick is a Florida native, born in Tallahassee, Fla., and raised in Destin, Fla.,” said Bill Winters. “He is in the family business. His brother, father, wife, brother in-law, father-in-law and sister in-law are all attorneys.”
According to Winters, Brannon, who has only worked at one law firm, is an industrious attorney who was hired straight out of law school. He is the first and only associate to be a partner at Winters and Yonker, said the Tampa personal injury attorney.
He has worked his way up from the bottom, said Winters. Brannon is in charge of the firm's litigation department and has become a shareholder. He diligently litigates his cases and is working towards becoming a board certified trial attorney.
“His emphasis in his practice of law is to bring justice to those that cannot afford it and to keep the insurance companies honest,” said Winters.
Brannon has tried cases in Pasco, Polk, Manatee, Hillsborough and Pinellas counties.
