Educating Lawyers On: "How To Advise Clients On Foreclosure Options"

(USGovernment-News.Com, February 20, 2013 ) Libertyville, Illinois - On March 13, Newland and Newland LLP will be lecturing on "How To Win In Foreclosure Defense.” Stephen S. Newland, Gary A. Newland, Lorinne Cunningham and Robin Bradley will cover the following topics: foreclosure options, practicing foreclosure in different counties, Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, Chapter 13 Bankruptcy, Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, loan modification and defeating a foreclosure case.



The seminar will be offered by the Northwest Suburban Bar Association which has over 500 lawyer members at the Forestview Education Center in Arlington Heights on March 13, 2013. (2121 S. Goebert Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60005 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.)



Gary A. Newland will be providing an introduction to the current issues in foreclosure defense , including strategic default, deficiency judgment and loan modification. Stephen S. Newland will lecture on providing foreclosure options to your clients. Lorinne Cunningham will be lecturing on how to win and what is considered a win in foreclosure defense. Robin Bradley will be speaking on practicing foreclosure defense in different counties and how it can change significantly. Knowing the difference between Cook County, Lake County, McHenry County, Dupage County, Will County and Kane County can make the difference between winning and losing.
